We’re developing Build to combine founder coaching, strategic advice, and hands-on support from people with relevant experience.
That might mean testing important assumptions, developing a product, finding early customers, recruiting a team, or improving how an existing company operates.
We begin by understanding where you are, what you’re trying to accomplish, and what is standing in the way. From there, we define the work and bring together the people best equipped to help.
Some challenges call for focused advice. Others need a specialist, a defined project, or a deeper company-building relationship. The engagement should fit the need, not the other way around.

Our involvement may be structured around a fee or an equity arrangement, depending on the scope of the work and the role Solution Sandbox takes.
A focused advisory engagement is different from helping develop a product, assemble a founding team, or build a company over time. The arrangement should reflect that difference, with contributions, responsibilities, and terms clearly agreed from the beginning.

Build is not a fixed curriculum or a predetermined growth formula. You do not need to have participated in Start, be seeking venture capital, or aim for a particular company size.
